General affairs

Tasks related to general affairs are performed by: the business secretary, librarian, housekeeper, doorwoman – telephone operator and cleaning ladies.


Legal affairs

Tasks related to Legal affairs are performed by the Secretary of the Institute.

-Preparation of working materials of general acts;
-Representation of the Institute before administrative bodies and courts;
-Following of the legislation and provision of opinions and suggestions to the Director and the Board of the Institute;
-Participation in the development and final shaping of acts;
-Monitoring of the implementation of laws and other regulations and general acts and timely alignment with the changes;
-Performance of tasks related to the reporting and regulation of the status and other organizational changes to a competent court;
-The performance of personnel affairs (drafting of employment contracts and registration of employees in competent services of the Republic), etc.
